The Accessibility Readiness Team (ART) at Health Canada (HC) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) invites you to provide feedback on accessibility at HC and PHAC.
In accordance with the Accessible Canada Act, we at ART are currently developing the 2026-2028 Accessibility Plans for HC and for PHAC. We are seeking feedback from Canadians on any barriers to accessibility that persons with disabilities or their caregivers may have encountered when interacting with HC or PHAC, at any time. Your feedback is important and will help us achieve a barrier-free Canada by 2040.

Who is the focus of this consultation
We encourage you to participate if you:
- Are a person with disabilities; or,
- Are a caregiver of persons with disabilities; or,
- Belong to a group or organization that represents or serves persons with disabilities; or,
- Have faced a barrier when interacting with HC or PHAC
